Special Orders and Special Payments

U.S., Canadian & International Customers

This special payments system is for purchasing products or services that are discounted or a "Buy It Now" button is not available elsewhere on our web site.

The "Donate" button below allows our customers to order special parts, obtain special quantity discount pricing (for three or more items) or arrange for special shipping (including overnight) that are not on our standard "Add to Cart" ordering buttons. This can be used by United States, Canadian and International customers.

Please follow these three simple steps for special payments:

(1) Contact us us in advance to let us know what you are looking for - quantity discount, custom made products, special parts, other services or special shipping, please click > CONTACT US or QUOTE REQUEST (either link is fine). You can also phone us at +1 (860) 426-1894 (we're located in the state of Connecticut on the east coast of the United States in the Eastern Time Zone).

(2) Once the total price and order details are determined, please CLICK on the "DONATE" button below, where you will enter the TOTAL PRICE (USD), including shipping and all costs. This connects you to PayPal's secure web ordering system, where you enter your payment information and address. You do not need a Pay Pal account and can use your credit card to submit the payment.

(3) EMAIL us after you have submitted your payment, as the "Donate" button does not have a text field to enter what you are ordering. You can simply reply to our email quote (if provided) - this is just to confirm the details of your order. You can also email us > CONTACT US .

If you would rather not order over the internet, please contact us to arrange for payment by Money Order, click > CONTACT US. Please note that we cannot take credit cards over the phone.
