Antenna Mounting L-Brackets
Our AMB L-Bracket products are designed to fit a variety of mobile antennas, for mobile and fixed base use. They are also offered as options to customize your antenna installation with our CLAMP and BKT products. Our AMB products are made of very high quality materials, including 6061 aluminum and 18-8 stainless steel.

We offer two L brackets, and one dual-L bracket that allows you to tilt your antenna.

AMB-BKT-1: Standard "L" bracket for all mobile VHF/UHF antennas and HF antennas up to 2" in diameter at the base, that do not require a second point of attachment. Comes with your choice of heavy-duty antenna base: 3/8x24 stud, NMO or SO239. An NMO base with groundplane and second antenna mounting arm are also available at additional cost.

AMB-BKT-1-T: Super HD larger "L" bracket for larger motorized/screwdriver HF antennas with a bottom diameter of 2 to 2-1/2", that do not require a second point of attachment. Comes with a 3/4" hole for your antenna mounting hardware provided by the antenna manufacturer. This fits the Hi Q "Ruggedized" military style 5 and 6 series antennas, and other brands as well.

AMB-BKT-2: "Dual-L" version of our "BKT-1" bracket that allows you to tilt your antenna. For all mobile VHF/UHF antennas and HF antennas up to 2" in diameter at the base, that do not require a second point of attachment. The option numbers are not all in order below and some are skipped, as we number other product lines this way as well if they can also be used as options and accessories with our other product lines.

Our standard shipping domestically and internationally is via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, insured. To order, click on the "Add to Cart" button for the part(s) or accessorie(s) you would like to order, BELOW. Our ordering buttons connect to Pay Pal's secure web site. "AMB-Bkt-1" Standard "L" bracket for most HF/V/UHF mobile antennas, with choice of antenna base (OPTION 2): $45.00 USD
AMB-Bkt-1: Our standard "L" bracket for mounting most HF/V/UHF antennas. Comes with YOUR CHOICE of 3/8x24 stud, NMO or SO239 base. You can also order all three if you'd like, as they are interchangeable.
All bases come with heavy-duty hardware that will fit into the 3/4 inch hole in the "L" bracket, including large nickel plated nuts - not the flimsey nuts that come with most SO239 connectors. The 3/8x24 stud base is the heaviest duty one we could find - the manufacturer rates it for well over 2,000 watts! The bases are interchangeable and can quickly be removed and another type installed, if you have different antennas or buy a new antenna "with another base".
The bracket is 1/4 inch thick, 2 inches wide and 4 inches "deep" on both sides. Included are two sets of 3/8x16 stainless steel mounting bolts with the hardware shown in the photo. You also get a 1/4x20 bolt with wing nut and heavy duty solder lug for 16-12 gauge wire, to use as a ground point or to mount our "AMB-Arm2" second antenna extension arm. With the Arm2, you can mount an HF antenna (or V/UHF antenna) and then install a second V/UHF antenna. The Arm2 is described and can be ordered below.

"AMB-Bkt-1-T" Thick "L" bracket for Hi Q and other antennas (NO BASE) (OPTION 3): $25.00 USD
AMB-Bkt-1T: Our thick "L" bracket for mounting larger HF motorized / screwdriver antennas that utilize thicker (e.g. 1/4 inch) insulating washers and that mount with a 3/8x24 bolt into the anteann - such as what Hi Q Antennas provides with their motorized HF antennas. It does NOT COME WITH A BASE, although our NMO and SO239 antenna bases will fit into the 3/4 inch hole (our 3/8x24 stud base WILL NOT FIT, due to the thickness). The bases can be ordered separately by clicking > PARTS & ACCESSORIES.
This was originally made for the Hi Q Antennas antenna mounting kit that includes 1/4 inch thick insulating washers. The bracket is 1/2 inch thick, comes with stainless steel mounting bolts and has a 3/4 inch hole for the special Hi Q Antennas mounting hardware that comes with their antennas. It can be used for other applications as well, where you want a thicker bracket for large antennas. Please note that the photo below shows a 1/4 inch "L" bracket - but similar in other dimensions to the 1/2 inch THICK AMB-Bkt-1-T.
The bracket includes two sets of 3/8x16 bolts and hardware, and the 1/4x20 bolt, wing nut and heavy-duty solder lug - same as the AMB-Bkt-1. You can also mount our AMB-Arm2 (described below) to this thick bracket. You get the hardware shown in the photo below.

"AMB-Bkt-2" Dual "L" brackets for most HF/V/UHF mobile antennas, with choice of antenna base (OPTION n/a): $48.00 USD
AMB-Bkt-2: Our standard DUAL "L" bracket for mounting most HF/V/UHF antennas. The double L brackets allow you to swivel your antenna, and can be mounted to a vertical surface such as the top of a railing, pickup bed wall, and many other surfaces. It comes with YOUR CHOICE of 3/8x24 stud, NMO or SO239 base. You can also order all three if you'd like, as they are interchangeable.
We also offer a SPECIAL NMO base with four stainless steel radials, for 135-512 mHz (2m-70cm & GMRS band). For information on this, click > PARTS & ACCESSORIES .
